    Viewframe is a window and door visualiser for UK homeowners. By using the service you agree to these terms. Please read them — they are written in plain English.
  

1. What Viewframe is

Viewframe provides an AI-powered visualiser that lets you upload photos of your home and explore different window and door styles. The tool is for planning and inspiration purposes only. It does not constitute a professional survey, specification, or quote.

2. Who can use Viewframe

Viewframe is available to anyone aged 18 or over in the United Kingdom. The free visualiser requires no account. Installer features require an approved application.

3. Your photos

Photos you upload are used solely to run the AI detection and visualisation. They are not stored after your session ends on the free plan, and are not used to train AI models or shared with third parties. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

4. Accuracy and limitations

AI-generated visualisations are illustrative. Window dimensions, colours, and proportions shown are approximations. Always have a qualified installer measure and confirm specifications before placing any order.

5. Installer leads

Installers who receive leads through Viewframe agree that leads are provided on a pay-per-lead basis. Lead quality is defined in the installer agreement. Disputes must be raised within 14 days of delivery.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

Upload content that is illegal, offensive, or infringes third-party rights
Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or overload the service
Use the service to mislead consumers or make fraudulent quote requests

7. Intellectual property

Viewframe and its underlying technology are owned by Viewframe. You retain ownership of photos you upload. By uploading you grant Viewframe a limited licence to process them for the purpose of providing the service.

8. Limitation of liability

Viewframe is provided "as is." We are not liable for any loss arising from reliance on visualisations, failed AI detections, or any indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to any amount you have paid to Viewframe in the preceding 12 months.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Viewframe after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify registered users of material changes by email.
